Can members and outside visitors book differently?
Yes. Members book under the access rules that apply to them, and eligible visitors can use a separate public booking page. Public booking and payments depend on the plan and venue setup.
Can we bring our existing members and bookings?
Yes. Invite members with a link or code, or import members and existing bookings from an Excel or CSV file.
Can we charge for reservations?
Yes, on the Professional plan. Guests pay through your venue’s connected Stripe account, or at the venue when you enable that option. Spacebook does not add a commission to reservation payments; Stripe’s own processing fees apply.
Can we manage more than one venue?
Yes. Starter covers one workspace and up to 10 rooms, Plus up to 3 workspaces and 30 rooms, and Professional has no workspace or room limit.
Can booking rules vary by space or team?
Yes. Access, booking limits, booking windows, and cancellation policies can be set per space and targeted to people, teams, or roles.
Can a hall be booked whole or in sections?
Yes. Zones and alternative configurations let people book a whole space or one of its sections, with conflicts checked across both.
What happens when a venue closes for a special date?
Add a schedule exception for the venue or a single room. Bookable hours for that date change or close automatically.
How does billing work?
Choose monthly or annual billing in EUR, USD, or GBP. Annual plans are billed upfront, and prices exclude taxes. You manage your subscription from the billing settings in Spacebook.
